England are ready !

The England 6 a side Team had their final session yesterday (Sunday 15th Oct) in preparation for the 6 a side World Cup, which will take place in Ras Al- Khaimah in the UAE.

The final get together was held at the state of the Art in-door dome base in London. A meeting was held before the 3 hour on pitch training session.

The meeting was two-fold. Firstly, to distribute their off-pitch Nike apparel and travelling sets to ensure all players and staff will wear the correct Nike clothing when travelling to the UAE.

Secondly, a full schedule of the tournament was presented to allow the players to fully understand the professional set up agreedand organised  by the staff.

Training days, rest days, scouting appointments and community engagements have all been scheduled in to ensure the players are fully prepared for this prestige event that is a ground-breaking first for the Middle East.

A practical, on pitch 3-hour session followed the meeting and the team were put through their paces inside the 4g Dome.

The medical team ensured that any injury concerns were discussed and treated and the session concluded with a fully fit squad..

The squad, for the first time, has a 10 strong backroom staff travelling out to the UAE and no England 6 a side team has ever been better prepared for a competition before.
